For Families - Our Fees & Guarantees

Our fee structure is competitive with other established agencies across the country and is as follows:

LONG TERM PLACEMENTS

• $200 non-refundable retainer is required to start your nanny search for a full time or part time nanny or domestic.
  
  • Retainer is good for one calendar year.
  • Retainer is credited towards placement fee.
  • Retainer allows you to use our great Temporary Service for one year as well (not including daily service fee).
    
    
• Placement fee for a live-out nanny is 10% of the nanny's first year gross compensation or $1500 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• Placement fee for a live-in nanny is 12% of the nanny's first year gross compensation or $1500 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• Placement fee for a domestic is 15% of the domestic's first year gross compensation or $1500 minimum fee, whichever is greater.
  
  
• ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc.™ provides a 3 month guarantee for the placement of your nanny or domestic.
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your nanny or domestic within the first 3 months, we will provide you with a replacement at no charge to you.
  • If you need a replacement after 3 months, we will issue a prorated credit that can be applied towards your next placement.

SUMMER PLACEMENTS

• $100 non-refundable retainer is required to start your search for a summer nanny.
  • Retainer is credited towards placement fee.
    
    
• Placement fee for a summer nanny is $550 less the retainer fee.
  
  
• ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc.™ provides a 3 week guarantee for the placement of your summer nanny.
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your nanny or domestic within the first 3 weeks, we will provide you with a replacement at no charge to you.
