Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard personal/household assistant duties including sorting and opening mail, gathering tax info, running errands, grocery shopping, light meal prep, paying bills, laundry, and overseeing home maintenance/ vendors.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of household management experience with personal/ household assistant duties.
Previous experience with handling finances and bill paying is preferred.
Candidates who are college graduates will be given higher preference.
The ideal candidate is organized, competent, honest, and detail-oriented. The ability to be flexible and confidently handle tasks at hand is very important.
Integrity and confidentiality are important traits in this home; the candiate will be asked to sign an NDA.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $40-$50/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $66,560 - $83,200 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
