A great nanny or family assistant anticipates the needs of their charges and employers, adapts to changing situations with grace, and provides the type of stability that allows every member of the home to function at their best. In short, they make a huge impact in the lives of the families they work with.

Nomination Requirements:
- Nominees must be nominated by a current employer and cannot be self-nominated.
- Nominees must be currently employed as a full-time (30+ hours/week) nanny, nanny manager or family assistant in Colorado.
- Nominations must be received on or before 10 p.m. April 2, 2025.
- Nominees must be present for the NOTY Award’s Presentation at International Nanny Training Day – Denver on April 12, 2025 to win.
