Located at: Valleybrook Circle and Daniel’s Park Road

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30-5:30 with Fridays off every week. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: As soon as possible

The family has 2 amazing daughters - a happy-go-lucky 2 1/2 -year-old girl & her sweet 15 month old sister.

Dual working parents who both work outside of the home.

About the Pets:

This family has one small friendly and quiet dog -- all candidates must be pet friendly.

This close-knit, two-Mom family can’t wait to welcome their new family member to help care for their little ones.
While both parents have demanding corporate jobs, their non-working hours are fully spent on their family, and hope their nanny will be a true collaborator and partner in raising their children!

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard Nanny duties including total and complete childcare, child-related meal prep and laundry, cleaning up play spaces, organizational projects, and proactively keeping the home tidy.

Travel Requirements:

The family would love it if their Nanny was open to traveling with them in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 or more years of profesisonal nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, knowledgeable on developmental milestones, and an organized (yet flexible!) person.
Both parents value engagement and a warm, inviting household, and would love a Nanny who practices limited screen time - there is a park within walking distance and a dedicated kid-friendly play space in the home!
The family also encourages bilingual candidates to apply - one Mom is bilingual!

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$36/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $74,880 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
