Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday -Thursday 9am to 3pm, guaranteeing 24 hours a week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 to 4+ months.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 14 months old.

About the Children:

This little girl is on the move! She is newly mobile and loves running around. Mom and Dad lean towards the Montessori style of learning and foster independence.

About the Family:

Dual working parents who work in and out of the home.

About the Pets:

There are two fur babies in the home a dog and a cat.

Additional Notes:

This family has had a great relationship with their current ABC nanny. She is moving thus the reason the family is looking again.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including laundry, dishes, light housekeeping, meal prep, and organizing toys.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of experience with infants and toddlers.
Must be 110% reliable.
Must have a knowledge and interest in child development
Knowledge of Montessori-style play and learning.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

$28 to $30/hr.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
