Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8/9/10 a.m. to 4/5/6 p.m. the family is flexible on the hours and can guarantee 24+ hours a week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-Out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6 months with the opportunity to go long-term.

Children's Ages: Childcare will be for 3 children ages 5 months, 3 and 5.

About the Children:

This loving family is looking for a FA to help care for their three wonderful children: a 5-year-old boy, a 3-year-old girl, and a 5-month-old baby. The oldest child attends a hybrid Christian school program and enjoys activities like drawing, playing with Legos, and wrestling. The 3-year-old is in preschool part-time, attending two mornings a week, and loves playing outside, drawing, and building blocks with her brother. The youngest is a sweet and cuddly baby who is home full-time with Mom. Mom will be around to tag team with the candidate, as she balances caring for the baby and homeschooling the oldest child.

About the Family:

Dad works outside the home while Mom is a stay-at-home mom seeking additional support.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

The Family Assistant will play a dynamic role in supporting this busy household by assisting with childcare, homeschooling, and house management. Responsibilities include helping mom with errands, organizing the home, meal prep, family laundry, dishes and light housekeeping. The assistant will also support homeschooling efforts, provide hands-on care for the children, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, they may run errands and even have opportunities to assist with the family’s business. This role is perfect for someone organized, adaptable, and proactive.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Experience caring for 2 children at a time.
Previous experience with household management duties.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $25-$30/hr+ (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, and the opportunity for a health insurance stipend.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement depending on the candidiates hourly rate

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire).
