Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: This is a 100% remote position. We may ask that you join us in Denver 1-3 a year, with notice, for company events.
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1-5+ years. Most of our employees are with us 3-10 years!

About the Family:

At ABC Nannies & Domestics, we are a family too! ABC is a premier nanny placement agency connecting exceptional childcare professionals with families since 1994. We're looking for a bright, ambitious professional ready to move into recruiting and client relations.

Our ideal candidate brings 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience and wants to grow their career in a dynamic business environment.

This is a virtual position and will not require in-person engagement with children, candidates or clients outside of occasional ABC events such as our Nanny Appreciation Party, National Nanny Training Day or our Summer Nanny Picnic. We may ask that join us at one or a few events, with notice.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • Build trusting, professional relationships with both nannies and families
  • Assist with candidate contact from initial contact to interview to placement
  • Assist with client contact from initial inquiry calls to follow up calls to ongoing support post-placement
  • Assist with creating professional resumes
  • Handle professional reference checks and documentation
  • Maintain detailed records in our database systems
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Coordinate professional events and programs 2-3 times per year

  • Experience with professional social media content creation (especially Reels)

  • Can balance a sense of urgency with a calm and practicality

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • Annual salary of $40,000 - $55,000/year based on experience, performance-based bonus, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement and more.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, administrative, or customer service). In-home experience is an added bonus
  • Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and in a timely manner
  • Track record of long-term success in your previous position(s) and positive professional references
  • Bachelor's degree
