However, for budgeting purposes  most household employees – from housekeepers to personal chefs to household managers – make $30-$50+/hour plus standard industry benefits including PTO, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement et cetera.

Great question! When you hire a household employee through ABC, in the eyes of the IRS you’re now a household employer. While there are a few exceptions, your family will be responsible for paying your new employee directly, withholding taxes, paying employer taxes and more.
