Position Highlights

A quick look at this new ABC job…

Located at: Colorado & C470
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.The family is happy to guarantee 32 hours per week. They would love a nanny open to an occasional date night or later evening. Dad travels ~25% time so an extra bonus if there was flexibility to help mom out more during those weeks (not required, but much appreciated!). Having availability to stay later some days would also be helpful depending on mom and dad’s workloads (also not required).
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.
Start Date: ASAP

Family and Household Dynamics

A peek behind the front door...

Children's Ages: Care will be focused on one 10 month old little boy. His older brother who is 3.5 is in school full-time.
About the Children:
  • The main focus will be on the family's youngest, who is cheerful and smiley. He is a cute, robust, little fellow and it’s easy to tell what he’s thinking. He’s typically only sad if he’s hungry, tired, or teething! He is obsessed with his big brother and loves exploring everything on the floor these days. He has mastered army crawling, and seems content to stay there until he learns to walk. The family is looking for a laid-back nanny who can adapt and respond to his needs and cues. The oldest child who is 3.5 will be home with the nanny for 1/2 hour in the afternoon. He is highly energetic and loves exploring new adventures. He loves playing with his baby brother. He is a bit of a picky eater so any creativity in fun snacks after school or ideas mom and dad could pack for his school lunches/dinners would be much appreciated.
About the Family:
  • Mom works from the house on Mondays (in an office) and outside of the home the rest of the week.
  • Dad works out of the basement in the home unless he is on a work trip.
About the Pets:
  • Three fur babies in this home! Two indoor cats and one friendly pup.
Additional Notes:
  • Mom and dad are looking forward to welcoming a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team!
