Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Either Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday, from 7am-6pm. This family can guarantee anywhere between 40-55/hours week. Preference to those who can be flexible & work 55 hours/week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties mainly focus on the child's needs, organization throughout the household, inventory management, full laundry, errands, and acting as the gatekeeper for all visitors.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required for this role, 4 weeks/year. Must have an up to date passport

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

7+ years of prior nanny/family assistant experience.
The ideal head of household will be capable of multi-tasking, taking initiative, and anticipating the needs of the family & child.
Additionally, the perfect candidate will exhibit a polished & professional demeanor, a can-do mindset, with clear communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $35-$45/hour (gross) based on prior experience & longevity in past roles. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $82,000 - $115,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is open to a live-in nanny, a private bedroom & bathroom will be provided. Likewise, they are also open to a housing stipend.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
