Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is open on a schedule. They would like help 3 to4 days a week, Monday through Friday . They are open on hours and a schedule.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Children's Ages: Three children live in the home and will be with mom or the nanny throughout the day.

About the Pets:

This family has one indoor cat who lives in the home.

Additional Notes:

Dual working parents.
This is a fully staffed home as a full-time nanny and house keeper will be in and out of the home.
The home is 5,500 Sqft. The home has 5 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a pool house.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Standard house management duties include overseeing contractors, scheduling and managing household projects and maintenance, and assisting in the search for companies for upkeep tasks such as snow plowing and lawn maintenance.
Other duties include organizing and putting away items (especially boxes from the family's move) organizational projects, assisting in prepping the old house for the market, and providing support with event planning.
Running errands like grocery shopping and dry cleaning, along with meal prep and cooking, are also part of the role.
Additional responsibilities include helping unpack after travel, doing small cleaning tasks as needed, handling laundry (washing, ironing, changing linens, etc.), stocking and attending to needs for the pool house, and watering plants.
Lastly, being child-friendly is essential.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of recent professional in-home house management experience (outside of a nanny, nanny manager, or family assiaint role).
1 year of experience working in a fully staffed home.
Must have experience managing others.
Must be tech savvy and proficient with a computer and Google Calendar.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $38-$45/hour.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

Paid time off, 6 paid major holidays and Paid sick time.

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with 1-2 house management references that are outside of a childcare or housekeeping role.
Have two strong professional references.
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
