Children's Ages: Care will be for infant twins who are 3 months old.

About the Children:

Primary care will be for the family’s infant twin boys. They would love a nanny who can work on getting them on a good schedule.

About the Pets:

There are two small dogs in the home.

Additional Notes:

Dual work-from-home parents with private office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include washing bottles, unloading and loading the dishwasher, sanitizing, and organizing toys.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required however it might be nice in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of infant experience.
Previous experience with twins or multiples as a nanny.
Sleep training and or experience getting babies on a schedule is important.
A second language would be a plus.
The ideal candidate for the job will have a vast knowledgable of childhood development, they will be able to get the children on a good routine and schedule

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $1,350-$1,575 a week (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $70,200 - $81,900 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
