About the Children:
  • Their daughter is 11 years old and in school full-time, with some after-school activities. Mom will need help with pick up's from school and care on rare occurances.
About the Pets:
  • Must be dog friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • Responsibilities will include managing emails, and client inquiries, tracking performance data, supporting the design of programs and editing/proofreading materials, calendar management, assisting with phone/email campaigns, social media marketing, help with event planning, invoicing, using CRM software to track client data & history, keeping client information up to date, manage software tools & proactively resolve tech issues.
  • Household Management: covering childcare during school closures or for pick up from school, grocery shopping, meal prep, household errands, maintaining organization, managing vendors, booking travel, and managing school/activity schedules.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 5+ years of experience in previous executive/personal assistant roles, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will proactively solve problems by anticipating needs and demonstrating strong decision-making skills, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and efficient time management.
  • They should excel in providing exceptional customer service, display outstanding communication skills, and adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
  • Additionally, they must uphold strict confidentiality, be tech-savvy, and foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering an annualized compensation of $70,000 - $80,000 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
