Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Friday with the ideal schedule falling from 7:30am to 3:30pm, 35 hours per week! The family is providing a 60 minute break each day allowing for personal errands or gym time.

Commitment/Contract Length: This family is targeting a longterm commitment

Children's Ages: Care will be for 3 children ages 14, 13 and 10 years old.

About the Children:

All three children are in school full-time, and are looking forward to having a Family Assistant get them to and from school, assist them with homework, and sharing their extracurriculars!

About the Family:

Both Mom and Dad are busy professionals and work both inside and outside of the home

About the Pets:

The family has 2 dogs and 2 cats - they would appreciate if their Family Assistant could feed them, and let them out daily

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Standard Family Assistant duties will include laundry, cooking/prepping dinners during the work week, packing lunches for the children, assisting with home, safe transportation, pet care, managing vendors, and organizational projects such as organizing the family calendar for afterschool activities.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

1-2+ years of Nanny Manager or Family Assistant experience
Emphasis on proactivity and organization
The ideal candidate will be seeking a multi-year commitment as a Family Assistant, and looking forward to diving into this bustling household.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $29-$35/hour based on experience.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

Guaranteed hours, use of a nanny vehicle, 3 paid major holidays, and 3 days of PTO. Additional time off can be taken unpaid.

Any Additional Perks:

The family will be traveling a lot and still pay for the 35 hours while away, they will need some light pet care.

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Vaccinations not required for this position
