Located at: Lincoln & Lone tree Pkwy

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The schedule will very based on a 5-2-2-5 Schedule. The candidiate can expect to work 2 weekends a month, 6 days one week and two days the next week. 60 hours every two weeks will be guaranteed and a sample schedule can be provided.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: ASAP

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 4.5 and 6.

About the Children:

The 4.5-year-old is a joy to be around, with a love for ballet classes, various sports, and creative activities. She follows rules easily and is gradually transitioning out of naps. The 6-year-old, who attends full-time school, has a passion for sports such as wrestling, swimming, and mountain biking. He is a lively and engaging child who can sometimes be sensitive and anxious, requiring a caregiver with patience and understanding. Both children enjoy outdoor activities, including playing on trampolines and swimming, and appreciate a structured routine with limited screen time.

Single dad who works full-time as a physician.
Mom and Dad are going through a divorce focusing on getting things back to normal for the children.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties including such as cooking, meal prep, laundry, dishes, errands, grocery shopping, managing the family calendar and light housekeeping.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is not required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 year of experience working with school-aged children.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing challenging behaviors and providing a structured yet loving environment.
Previous experience with household management duties is required
A second language would be nice but not required.
This role requires a dedicated professional who can create a structured and supportive atmosphere, helping the children thrive during this transition.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$35/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations.
