Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family will need help five days a week, primarily Monday through Friday. They are happy to guarantee 55 hours per week in exchange for the nanny's flexibility. A weekday schedule will be provided 1-2 weeks in advance, and any additional weekend hours—though very occasional and rare—will be scheduled 1-2 months in advance

This family has a great relationship with their newborn care specialist and night nanny. They are looking to add a fantastic long-term nanny to there team.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including washing bottles, cleaning breast pump, baby laundry, light housekeeping, dishes, and occasional errands.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required for the position however it may be needed in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of infant multiples experience is required.
Previous experience with twins would be strongly preferred.
Knowledge of infant development and experience with sensory activities are essential for this role
A second language would be nice but not required.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly flexible and knowledgeable nanny who understands the unique demands of first-time parents with demanding careers. Both parents have international and domestic travel commitments and often need to take high-level calls during unconventional hours. This role requires someone who can adapt to changing schedules and 'go with the flow,' as it will not be a typical 8-to-4 or 9-to-5 job. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to the family's needs are absolutely key in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $1,815 to-$2,090 per week (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $94,380 to $108,680 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance stipend depending on the nanny's salary requirements.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
