Family and Household Dynamics

A peek behind the front door...

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who will be 15 months old.
About the Children:

This sweet, energetic 15-month-old has been confidently walking since he was just 11 months old! At around 24-25 pounds, he’s a healthy eater with great sleeping habits. He absolutely thrives when he's active and outdoors—whether visiting the zoo, exploring botanical gardens, attending swim lessons, or playing at kids’ gyms, he’s happiest when he's on the go!

About the Family:
  • Dual working parents.
About the Pets:
  • The family has a gentle, fully trained 2-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever who weighs about 70 pounds. He's very mellow and sweet—not hyper at all—and enjoys calm companionship. Comfort around dogs is essential, as the family would love someone who’s happy to include him on daily walks..
Additional Notes:
  • This family has a great relationship with their last nanny and is looking forward to welcoming another nanny into their home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • All standard nanny duties including light cooking for the family, child's laundry, light housekeeping, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and organizational tasks, such as inventory management (diapers, wipes, etc.) and creating active and engaging activities.
Travel Requirements:
  • The ability to travel is not required, however, it would be nice if the nanny was open to travel.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 2 years of experience with infants and toddlers.
  • Previous experience as a nanny.

They’ll be highly engaging, proactive, and eager to support the child's developmental milestones through educational play and interactive activities. The family prefers a bilingual candidate (ideally Spanish-speaking), though this isn't required. Additionally, the caregiver must be able to drive, as the family encourages regular outings to the library, zoo, botanical gardens, play gyms, and more.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…
