Located at: Greenwood Village

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday. Typical hours will be 9/10:30am to 5/6:30pm. Family will guarantee 40 hours a week! You'll always have Sundays and Mondays off.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for four children ages 5, 4, 2 and a 1 month old.

About the Children:

The two oldest children are in school full time, Monday through Friday.
Primary care will be for the adorable two year old, and occasionally for the baby (who is with mom most of the day).

About the Family:

Dad works full-time outside of the home.
Mom is thoughtful, kind, and looking forward to a strong partnership with her new nanny.

About the Pets:

Two friendly hypoallergenic dogs live in the home. Must be dog-friendly.

Additional Notes:

This family has a great relationship with their current nanny! They'd love to find another nanny / family assistant who is invested in being part of their family long-term.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Nanny care and child-related duties such as picking up after the children, washing bottles, and sanitizing and organizing toys will be your first priority.
Mom will request support with standard family assistant duties including meal prep, laundry, dishes, errands, organization projects when the children napping etc.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel domestically is required 3 to 4 times a year, for 3-7 days at a time, on average.
Ideal candidate will enjoy the beach and love to swim.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Strong experience with infants and toddlers is essential. Candidates should have at least 2-3+ years of prior nanny experience caring for infants and toddlers.
Must have experience working with 2+ children at a time.
Previous experience with household management duties would be ideal.
Must be comfortable comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Must be able to swim.
The position requires a professional appearance, which includes no visible tattoos or facial piercings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience being part of a large, dynamic family. Seeking someone who is easy going, flexible, and thrives in a lively (and occasionally chaotic) environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $33-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $68,640 to $72,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering 2 weeks of paid time off, Christmas and Thanksgiving paid holidays, paid sick days, and a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

A car will be provided for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have T-DAP, and flu shot.
