Located at: Arizona & High St.

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday - 7:30AM to 6PM, with Friday's off! The family is happy to guarantee 42 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: June 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 3.5 years and 6 months.

About the Children:

The family's oldest child is fun-loving and very active. He plays soccer and is musically inclined. He will start school part-time in the fall and is a quick learner.
The family's youngest is a baby boy. He is 6 months old, easy-going, and calm. The family is looking for someone who will help get him on a consistent nap schedule, either in the crib or on the go.

About the Family:

Both parents WFH but do step in and out of the home for meetings. Dad works from an office, Hybrid.

About the Pets:

This family has three dogs. They are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable around dogs, as they need to be given firm commands.
All candidates must be pet-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties, including getting dinner started for the family by following a recipe, unloading and loading the dishwasher, children's laundry, light parents' laundry (not required but strongly preferred), running errands, light housekeeping, and tidying up the home.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, however, it might be nice in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4 years of nanny experience caring for multiple children, aged newborn to toddler.
This family is seeking a warm, emotionally intelligent individual who is fun, silly, and social.
The ideal nanny for this family is warm, playful, and full of energy—someone who doesn’t take life too seriously and can make a toddler laugh with silly dances and a great sense of humor. They are confident setting kind but firm boundaries, thrive in screen-free, active environments, and love planning daily outings to parks, museums, and libraries. This nanny is also a proactive team player who takes initiative around the home and feels like a true extension of the family. They're comfortable working alongside parents who work from home and can maintain structure and calm without needing direction.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $65,520 - $76,440 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of your choosing of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

With this position, the family assistant will have an additional 4+ weeks of PTO when the family is on vacation.
This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement of $200/month based on the total compensation package.
Any unused PTO or sick days will be paid out at the end of the contract.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified
