Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children, 2.5 and 9 months old.

About the Children:

Their oldest is an energetic and curious toddler, just over 2.5 years old. He’s very bright, active, and enjoys structure and routine. He thrives on outdoor play and socializing with other children, especially at the many parks near their home. He is a love bug and has been with a nanny since he was 6 months old. Their youngest is an easygoing baby boy, born in the fall of 2024. He’s very different from his big brother—more laid back and still working through some dietary sensitivities. The family has a flexible and relaxed parenting style but would love for their nanny to bring more structure to the baby’s day, especially helping him settle into a more predictable nap schedule.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Strictly nanny duties include making the children's meals, picking up after them, putting away their dishes, and planning fun activities.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with children close in age.
Infants and toddlers experience.
Current CPR & 1st Aid Certifications.
Most love getting outside and planning activities around the children's naps.
The ideal candidate will be fun, active, nurturing, confident, and —someone who can balance the needs of both children while gently helping to guide the family into a more structured routine.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $1,260 to $1,440 a week (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $65,000 - $74,880 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 5+ days of paid time off of the nanny's choosing, 2+ weeks of PTO to coordinate with the families, paid major holidays, paid sick days, and a car for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
