Located at: W. Colfax Ave and Sheridan Blvd, Lakewood

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This family will guarantee between 35-40 hours/week, with a rotating schedule: Week 1: Monday-Wednesday 7:30a-5:30p and Friday 10-4 Week 2: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: ASAP, by July 29th

Their son is cute & cuddly, currently taking 3 naps a day. They would love their nanny to focus on milestones, and ensure safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including light meal prep/introducing solids, child's laundry, light tidying up.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4+ years of experience with infants.
Infant CPR/First Aid Certified
The Covid & T-Dap vaccinations are required, along with the flu shot.
The ideal candidate will be active, reliable, and extremely trustworthy, and reliable.
They should truly enjoy engaging & teaching their son, providing him with comforting and compassionate care.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,000 - $60,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
