Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, taking out the trash, washing bottles, cleaning pump parts, letting the god in and out, and unloading and loading the dishwasher.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of experience with newborns and infants.
2+ years of nanny experience with one year at least with a newborn.
The family values the newborn care experience as a top priority. They also want to emphasize good hygiene and hand washing, which is crucial to them.
If the candidate is exposed to any viruses they ask the nanny to wear a mask.
They are seeking a nanny who is highly engaged, interactive, and enthusiastic about spending time with their child—someone who is attentive and not distracted by personal devices, creating an enriching and nurturing atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $29-$35/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all gurenteed hours, paid sick time, and 2 days of PTO.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
