A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny manager duties including meal prep/ meal planning, children's laundry, light tidying up around the kitchen and other common areas, organizational projects, dry cleaning pick up, and more.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of experience with school-age children
Second language a plus, but not required.
Candidates with a background in occupational therapy would be a bonus.
The ideal candidate will be communicative, flexible, extremely reliable, and have the ability to grow & adapt to the family/child's growing needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $24-$27/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $45,000 - $51,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
