Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: End of August.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny manager duties including light meal prep/meals for child, family laundry, light tidying up, organizational projects, and planning age-appropriate activities.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5+ years of experience with infants, in a prior nanny position.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with guiding these parents through developmental stages and milestones.
This fun-loving family is thrilled to welcome a communicative, active, and experienced nanny, who has a passion for infant development with a good sense of humor.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,000 - $63,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 12+ days of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, your birthday off and paid, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
