Located at: I-25 and S. University Blvd.

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Wednesday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and open to adding Thursday from 7:30am-12:30pm. The family is happy to guarantee 30-35 hours per week, based on the schedule.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: September 23rd, 2024

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny manager duties including meal prep/child's meals, laundry, errands, and organizational projects.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5+ years of experience with infants & toddlers in a prior nanny position.
CPR/First Aid Certified
A second language would be nice, but is not required.
The ideal candidate is calm, communicative, reliable, and engaging with their son, showing an interest in Montessori and responsive parenting, while respecting the parents' preferences, including minimizing screen time.
They should be active, love dogs, and be passionate about organizing fun, creative, and educational activities that support development both indoors and outdoors.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $50,000 - $64,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
