Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including light tidying up main areas, planning age-appropriate activities to focus on milestones, meal prep, child's laundry, and occasional errands.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

10+ years of nanny experience with infants.
CPR/First Aid Certified
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of long-term nanny positions, specifically with infants.
They are seeking a mature, warm, and knowledgeable nanny who will be a reliable and dedicated member of their family.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $26-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $55,000 - $62,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, 6 paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including tdap
