Located at: Union and 6th

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 - 5. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: End of January - beginning of February 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for 2 twin babies who are 3 weeks old.

About the Children:

The adorable girl / boy twins are currently 3 weeks old and will be 3 months old at the time of care.
The twins are happy, healthy and thriving in their new world.
Both babies are exclusively bottle-fed and are currently on the same schedule.

About the Family:

Dual working parents with private home offices.
Both Mom and Dad work from home 2 days a week so they stagger their schedules so that one parent is working from home every day.
These thoughtful, kind first-time parents are looking forward to a strong partnership with their new nanny.

About the Pets:

The family has one indoor cat - all candidates must be pet friendly.

This casual charming family is eager to welcome a caring nanny to their busy household- someone who will be a true extension of themselves and be a positive influence on their precious babies' first year.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, baby-related household tasks such as sanitizing bottles, toys, baby laundry and general tidying,

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 or more years of professional nanny experience with infants.
Previous experience with multiples or previous experience caring for multiple children close in age at one time.
A proactive engaging nanny who focuses on the educational aspect of the role and creates a safe, fun, learning environment is an ideal candidate for this amazing family of 4.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $29-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $60,320 - $72,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a potential health insurance stipend.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
