Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 - 3 or 9 -4 with flexibility. The family is happy to guarantee 35 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year .

Start Date: March 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for 2 twin babies who are 2 months old.

About the Children:

Care will be for happy and healthy twin boys who will be 3 months old when nanny starts with the family.

Dual working WFH parents with private home office spaces and flexible schedules.

About the Pets:

This family has one dog and one cat -- all candidates must be pet friendly.

Additional Notes:

This wonderful professional family is seeking a stellar nanny to be an extension of them and be an important part of their parenting team throughout their infant boys' first year of life.
These easy going first time parents are NOT micro-managers and have a calm and pleasant atmosphere in their home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare duties and baby-related household tasks.
Staying on top of baby laundry and linens daily is very important to the family.
A nanny who will create a fun, educational learning environment and take the twins on outings as they get older is an ideal candidate for this charming family.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years+ of professional experience with infants.
Previous experience with twins is desirable or caring for multiple children close in age at one time.
A background in early childhood education or child development is highly preferable.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $54,600 - $63,700 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
