Located at: CanAm Hwy and N Daniels Park Rd

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8/9 - 4/5 for a guaranteed 25 hours a week for the month of January. Starting February 1st, Monday - Friday 8 - 4 for a guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: January 2025

Children's Ages: Care is for 1 child who will be 3 months old.

About the Children:

Their precious newborn daughter is adjusting well to her new world, settling into a good napping / eating schedule and loves tummy time.
She is very alert and lights up when people engage with her and sing to her.

About the Family:

Dual working parents who both primarily work outside of the home in their offices.
Wonderful 1st time parents navigating this whole new world with a newborn.
Mom is returning to work at the end of February and is seeking a stellar nanny to overlap and provide support during the end of her maternity leave.

About the Pets:

This family has one friendly dog, a Vizla, who loves to go on stroller walks with the baby and he goes to work with Dad once a week.
All candidates must be pet-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, baby laundry, sanitizing bottles and toys, dishes, light housekeeping, light errands, simple meal prep and developing fun educational age appropriate activities and outings.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of experience with infants.
Previous experience with family assistant duties is desirable.
An active, engaging and interactive nanny with excellent infant experience and great communication skills is an ideal candidate for this amazing family of 3.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $72,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to possibly offering a health insurance stipend of $150-$200/month.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
