Located at: 2nd Ave and Steele St

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., some hours on Friday. The family is happy to guarantee 35 hours per week and would love a nanny open to flexing up to 40 hours a week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year, longer if its a great match.

Start Date: August 4th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 4-months old.

About the Children:

This sweet 4-month-old has a very calm and easy-going personality. She’s incredibly content, rarely fusses, and is happy to engage with those around her. She's quite independent for her age—she already holds her own bottle and is starting to attempt crawling, which is very advanced developmentally. She enjoys tummy time and interactive play, showing strong engagement and curiosity. Overall, she’s a joyful, low-maintenance baby who thrives with stimulation and connection.

About the Family:

Both parents work and may be in the home 50% of the time.
These first-time parents are both business owners who are highly driven, detail-oriented, and fully committed to their careers and family. They are always on time, organized, and value reliability and structure. They’re seeking a rockstar nanny who shares their dedication—someone who is warm, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about infant development and milestones.

About the Pets:

This family has one easy-going Goldendoodle - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including baby laundry, light tidying and housekeeping, and meal prepping for the child when she starts solids. Some light family laundry would be a benefit for this family.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4+ years of experience with infants, with at least 2+ years of nanny experience caring for a baby
Spanish-speaking would be ideal but is not required
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, a passion for early childhood development, and the ability to create a nurturing environment that supports learning and growth.
This family is looking for a long-term fit—someone who wants to grow with them, become part of the team, and take pride in being an integral part of their child’s development.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,160 - $60,640+ per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 4+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
