Located at: N Downing St and E 36th Ave

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 - 5. The family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: January 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for one 6 week old baby girl.

About the Children:

Their happy and healthy 6 week old baby girl is adjusting greatly to her new environment and is settling into a good napping and eating schedule.

About the Family:

Dual working parents with private home office spaces.
One of the parents will be working remotely for the first 3 months and will only be working in person 2 days a week and then Dad will be remote the other 2 days for the first 6 months and then there may be several days where neither parent is home.

About the Pets:

This family has one dog who is a friendly husky german shepherd mix - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Additional Notes:

These wonderful first-time parents are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, baby-related household tasks including sanitizing bottles and toys, children’s laundry and general tidying of main living spaces.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years+ of previous professional nanny experience with infants.
A trustworthy proactive nanny who focuses on cleanliness, safety and the educational aspect of the job would be an ideal fit for this amazing family.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $65,520 - $74,880 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard full-time benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, and COVID-19
