Located at: Hillsboro Dr and Hillrose Dr

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 - 4. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year .

Start Date: February 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 7 weeks old.

About the Children:

Their happy and healthy 7 week old baby boy is putting on weight, not fussy, nurses every 3 hrs and will be 12 weeks old when the nanny starts.

About the Family:

Dual working WFH parents with private home offices.
Mom exclusively nurses her precious son so nanny will bring the baby to Mom throughout the day in the home office.

About the Pets:

This family has one chill golden retriever -no pet care is needed but all candidates must be dog friendly.

Additional Notes:

These wonderful first-time parents are seeking a stellar nanny with excellent infant experience who can become a part of their parenting team and help guide them throughout their son's first year of development.
Primary focus is on keeping their baby safe and happy.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare and baby-related household tasks and general tidying up.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years or more of professional nanny experience with infants.
Knowledge of baby led weaning is desirable.
Ideal nanny is kind, honest, comfortable working with parents at home and likes to get outdoors every day and go on walks with the baby in the neighborhood.
The family encourages outings as their sweet baby boy gets older.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $66,560 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement of $150+/month.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
