Located at: E Missisippi and S Valentia St

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 2 p.m, with flexibility. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week and the exact schedule is known a week prior, not to exceed 40 hours. Fridays are lighter, shorter days.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: July 7th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 1-year-old.

About the Children:

This 1-year-old boy is so close to walking and being on the move! He is a happy little guy who has the sweetest, mellow vibe but keeps an eye on everything — a quiet little observer who is so curious.
He’s enjoying solids (no purees, please!) and is still nursing too.

About the Family:

WFH mom who has a private office space; travels once a quarter for work.
Dad works from home 1 - 2 days a week and will be at the office or traveling the rest of the week.
Dad's job has a lot of sensitive information so, must be willing to sign an NDA

About the Pets:

This family has an 85lb giant schnauzer dog who is very friendly and energetic - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

This laid-back flexible professional family is moving to Colorado from Texas and is seeking a stellar nanny to join their household soon.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including child-focused tasks, sanitizing toys, child laundry, and light housekeeping.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not mandatory but a huge desire for this family.
The family would love a nanny who is open to traveling once quarterly with mom for work (during the week days).
The ability to go on family vacations that include weekends is also highly desirable -- with advance notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Two years of nanny experience with toddlers.
Experience with baby-led weaning
The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging in outings with the child, consistently follow the established napping routine, plan creative developmental activities and be mindful of using fragrance-free or low-fragrance products.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $29-$31/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $60,320 - $64,480 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to disscussing a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
