Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: They are open to a Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 3pm schedule or a Monday through friday schedule. They can guarantee 27 to 30 hours a week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: ASAP

This family is relocating from Ohio and they have had a great relationship with their current nanny. They hope to find another nanny who is just as great!

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including meal prep, baby laundry, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and planning developmental educational activities.

Travel Requirements:

NO travel is required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Two years of experience with infants, and toddlers.
A second language would be nice but it is not required.
A higher level of education is preferred but not required.
The ideal nanny will be loving, and dedicated to their career as a nanny. They will be 100% reliable, on time, and creative.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $20-$23/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off and paid major holidays.

Any Additional Perks:

Half days on fridays!

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified
Have all standard vaccinations.
