Located at: Littleton
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 or 8 a.m. to 2 or 3 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 28 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-Out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 7 to 8 months.
Start Date: October 7, 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who will be 5 months old.
About the Children:
  • This baby boy is growing and thriving developmentally. He’s easygoing, snuggly, and beyond adorable. They are open to the nanny taking him on outings. The family lives near the Littleton Museum.
About the Family:
  • Dual WFH parents with private office spaces.
About the Pets:
  • There is one sweet old lab in the home.

  • First-time parents who are looking for a nanny who is knowledgable and enlightening.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • All standard nanny duties include baby laundry, light pick up, unloading and loading the dishwasher, meal prepping baby food, cleaning bottles, and breast pump.
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 1-2 years of recent infant experience.
  • Previous experience introducing solids.
  • Strong knowledge of infant and child development
  • The ideal nanny will be confident with infants, they will come up with fun creative ways to work on development and be a warm and loving person.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • This family is offering 4 days of PTO of the nannies choosing along with additional PTO to coordinate with the families, paid major holidays, and paid sick days.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

 

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu & t-dap.
