Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 32 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, light housekeeping, washing bottles, unloading and loading the dishwasher.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who may be open to joining them in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of professional experience with infants and toddlers.
Early Childhood Education background (strongly preferred)
Must have worked with an infant in the last 3 to 4 years.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about infant and childhood development, bringing expertise in nurturing a child’s growth and milestones. They will be patient, proactive, and have a gentle approach to caregiving, offering support and guidance to first-time parents. A passion for creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment is key, along with a desire to become a long-term, trusted part of the family

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $46,592 - $58,240 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering amazing benefits, including 3+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, a health insurance Stipend, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
