Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 32 hours per week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

This family has both a cat and a dog - both of whom will not need care throughout the day.

This easy-going family is excited to welcome a nanny into their home, who will help guide their son through milestones & fun!

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including light tidying up around the home, meal prep for the child, planning fun & age-appropriate outings, and children's laundry(as needed.)

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3 years of nanny experience with toddlers.
A second language would be nice, but is not required.
The ideal candidate will be intentional about planning age-appropriate activities and outings daily, focusing on milestones.
Must be reliable and looking to stay with their family long-term.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $25-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $45,000 - $50,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off/sick days, paid holidays, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
