Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 30 hours per week.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: Aug 1st 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child ages who is 15 months old.

About the Children:

Care will be needed for a sweet and affectionate little boy who is becoming mobile! They would like a nanny to get him out and about and focused on education and development—ideally, a nanny who can stay and grow with them for years to come.

About the Pets:

This family has two sweet dogs and an indoor cat.

Additional Notes:

Mom and Dad would love to have another baby in the future, so infant and multiple experiences would be a big plus!

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include meal prep and cooking for their son, child's laundry, dishes, light housekeeping, and general pick up.

Travel Requirements:

No travel, weekends, or evenings required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Previous experience working with two children at a time- would be a big plus!
The ideal candidate will be truly present and engaging. They will be organized and 110% reliable. They will have a true passion for nannying and see this as their long-term career path.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $23-$25/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations.
