Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This family is hoping to guarantee 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extending up to 30 hours/week. They are open on hours & all days, but Wednesday.

This active, fun-loving, and harworking couple is excited to find an experienced career nanny to help guide them on their new parenting journey, and truly engage with and nurture their son as he grows and reaches milestones.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny manager duties including light meal prep, laundry, light tidying up/organizational projects, occasional errands/grocery store runs.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5+ years of experience with newborns/infants.
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
College educated or a background in Montessori is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, knowledgeable nanny who is ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated.
The ideal candidate will be an active individual who enjoys organizing playdates, hiking, and planning developmentally appropriate activities for their son.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$35/hour (gross).

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap.
