Located at: I-25 and Hess Rd.

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 36 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: Early December, 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for one baby boy, who will be 5 months old when the nanny starts in December.

About the Children:

This sweet baby boy is curious and beginning to explore the world around him. As he grows, he’ll love spending time outside, engaging with toys, and enjoying interactive activities with his nanny.

About the Family:

Both mom and dad work-from-home full-time. However, they have private office spaces and will be in and out only during breaks.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

First time parents seeking a loving and warm nanny who can be part of their parenting team long-term.
Family would love someone who can stay with them for years to come, as they hope to welcome additional children in the future.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties are required for this position including baby's laundry, cleaning up the baby's room and play areas, as well as preparing and cleaning the baby's bottles, meals etc.
Family is not looking for additional housekeeping responsibilities - the focus is on the baby.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position. However, the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice, sometime in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2-5+ of experience with infants and toddlers.
Previous nanny experience would be preferred, but is not required.
Candidates must be CPR and 1st Aid certified (or willing to promptly renew).
This family is looking for a nanny who will provide a calm, caring and fun environment for their son as he learns and grows.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $50,500 - $56,150 per year (gross) with room for growth as you grow with the family.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 4 WEEKS (you read that right!) of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references.
Have strong professional and personal references.
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred).
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Are a non-smoker.
