Located at: 120th Ave and Hwy 287

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Mondays 7 a.m. to 5/5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 6:00 p.m. Family is happy to guarantee 22 hours/week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3+ months - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: ASAP

Children's Ages: Care will be for two little girls who are almost 6 and 4.5 years old.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in school full-time - she is energetic, smart and very advanced for her age. Her sister, the family’s youngest, is in school part-time. She is sweet, active and loves to dance.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family had a great relationship with their previous ABC nanny, who worked for them for several years before relocating. They loved how warm, nurturing and dedicated she was day in, and day out.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny/nanny manager duties are needed, including grocery shopping, cooking/meal prep for the children, children's laundry, organizational projects, and keeping the house tidy throughout the day.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required for the position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of experience with younger children, ideally as a nanny or in-home employee.
Someone with previous experience assisting with household chores would be ideal.
Family is not requiring a college degree, but someone smart and with common sense is a must.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and on-time, warm and outgoing, and engage and teach the girls through everyday activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$32+/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering guaranteed hours, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable verifiable experience (outside of family)
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
