Located at: Colorado & 8th

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The schedule will be given 4 to 5 weeks in advance. The family can guarantee 80 hours every two weeks (and provide a sample schedule). The nanny can expect to work 1 to 2 weekend days a month and will be needed for 1-2 overnights a year.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1-2+ years!

Start Date: Sept ( or sooner) 2024

Care will be needed for a sweet 13-month-old boy. Despite being born 2 months premature and facing initial challenges, he is progressing well in his developmental milestones and is currently focusing on walking!

This family has one small hypoallergenic dog

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include baby laundry, family sheets, and towels, picking up around the home, light dishes, and researching and taking him on fun educational outings.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family will need help with 1-2 overnights as year as well as weekends help.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of infant /toddler experience.
Previous experience working a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess a calm and present personality, demonstrating a genuine love for toddlers through engaging interactions such as outside activities, playtime, reading, and conversation.
All candidates considered must be flexible and have a proven track record of reliability. Recent infant/toddler nanny experience is required. The ability to be actively engaged, coupled with a love for music, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$34/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,000 - $72,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

All standard benefits, including 10 days of PTO of the nannies’ choosing, additional paid time off to coordinate with the families, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew before hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tap, and COVID-19 boosters.
