Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday 8/9 am to 4/5 pm (with an occasional longer day if Dad is traveling). 40 hours guaranteed each week!

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: Short-term commitment

Start Date: Jan 2025- May 2025

About the Children:

Seeking a compassionate caregiver for a cheerful and vibrant 3-year-old girl!
Despite facing challenges with inflammatory autoimmune issues this winter, she is on the path to recovery and anticipates returning to daycare in May.

About the Family:

Dual work-from-home parents who have their own separate office spaces.

About the Pets:

2 cats and an older pup live in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family had a great experience with an ABC nanny last winter. They are hoping to find another great match.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard Nanny Duties including, children's laundry, dishes, light housekeeping, sanitizing and organizing toys, and coming up with fun educational activities and ideas.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with toddlers.
The family would love to find an active nanny who enjoys being outside rain or shine.
Planning activities and outings will be part of the role.
The Ideal Candidate for this position is someone who not only embodies presence and engagement but also harbors a sincere dedication to education and childhood development.
Additionally, they are eager to welcome a proactive and involved caregiver who can foster their daughter's curiosity in trying new foods and making mealtimes enjoyable.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$32/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
