Located at: Curtis and Arapahoe

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 - 4 or 9 - 5 with flexibility. The family is happy to guarantee 35 - 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months.

Start Date: January 2025 - March 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 8 weeks old.

About the Children:

Their 8 week old newborn son is a happy and healthy baby who has a calm and easy demeanor.
He is exclusively bottle-fed and generally goes with the flow with the daily routine.
He is a really good baby with the easiest temperament.

About the Family:

Dual working parents who both work from home full-time in private office spaces.
They have a casual atmosphere in their home and the parents are NOT micro-managers so nanny will have full autonomy with the baby.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

These wonderful easy going first-time parents are looking forward to welcoming in a new caring nanny to care for their little bundle of joy.
They are seeking a nanny to be an extension of themselves while also providing guidance throughout each stage of their baby's development.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny responsibilities including total and complete childcare duties and any light household tasks are baby-related (washing bottles, baby laundry, sanitizing toys, tidying up).

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of professional experience with infants.
A nanny with recent excellent newborn experience who will focus on the safety and development of their baby will put these new parents' mind at ease and be the perfect fit for their charming family.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering paid holidays for any major holidays that fall over the duration of the 3 month contract, accrued paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement if driving is needed on the job.
Driving on the job is not required for this position.

Any Additional Perks:

This family lives in a 3 level townhome and both parents work on the bottom level so they are happy to provide the nanny with her own space and privacy to create a safe, fun learning environment for their adorable newborn son.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
