Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The family can guarantee 45 hours per week!
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year or more.

Children's Ages: Care will be for four children ranging in age, from 1 to 6 years old.
About the Children:
  • This family has four wonderful, unique children who bring so much joy, energy, and personality to their home.
  • The oldest child, who is 6, is in school full-time. He is bright, hardworking, and a determined child who thrives on structure and rules. Loves school, especially reading, writing, and math (division is a favorite!). A big fan of sports—football, soccer, ice hockey, and skiing.
  • Their second child will be 4, and is also in school full-time, he is the comedian of the family! He is outgoing, playful, and the life of the party. He loves dress-up, dinosaurs, and imaginative play.
  • Their third child who will be almost 3 will be starting preschool in August. She is Independent, determined, and fearless. She is very articulate and wants to keep up with her older brothers.
  • The baby will be home full-time and brings so much joy to his siblings - he will be 1 year old when the nanny starts. Adaptable and portable—content wherever the family or nanny takes him.
  • During the school year, the three oldest children will be in school full-time, with aftercare available for the eldest if needed. Summers will look different, with more time at home—camps for the older children and plenty of sibling fun. The nanny will have the youngest at home most of the day but should also be comfortable managing all four children as needed when the children do not have school or camps.
About the Family:
  • Dual working parents with private office space who also travel for work.
  • The parents have demanding careers but deeply appreciate and respect the work their nanny does. They are clear communicators and aim to set their nanny up for success with well-defined expectations and open dialogue.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • This role is a mix of childcare and light household management when the older children are in school full-time. Basic nanny duties ensuring the home runs smoothly while the parents balance demanding careers. Light housekeeping and general tidying up will be needed, light meal prep, grocery shopping, children's laundry, errands, and general home organization. Afternoons will focus more on the children—handling school pick-ups, managing after-school activities, preparing dinner for the children.
Travel Requirements:
  • The ability to travel is required for the position. The family takes short trips typically once a quarter.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 5 year of childcare experience with infants, toddlers and school-age children.
  • Previous experience as a nanny.
  • Must have experience working with 3 children at a time.
  • Must be able to swim and run after a toddler.
  • The ideal candidate for this role is a high-energy, proactive, and engaged nanny who thrives in a busy, active household. This person must be able to keep up with four energetic children, run, play, ride bikes, and engage in outdoor activities, all while maintaining structure and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering $1,485 to $1,575 a week. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $70,000 - $81,900 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and  a vehicle to drive on the job.

Required Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
