Located at: 1st & Franklin

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus two date nights per month. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children who will be 3 months and 3 years old.

About the Children:

Mom will be breastfeeding, and while the plan is to continue as long as possible, they are taking it one step at a time. They also have a sweet and easygoing toddler, who is 3 years old. All candidates must enjoy working with both age groups and thrive in this environment.

About the Family:

Dual-work from home parents with private office spaces.
Mom and Dad also both travel for work.

About the Pets:

Two small dogs live in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family has had a great relationship with their current nanny.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include meal prep, washing bottles, children’s laundry, light housekeeping, and dishes.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position. The family takes approximately 2 to 3 trips per year ( internationally and domestically) and will need their nanny to travel with them.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Experience caring for two children at a time.
A Spanish-speaking candidate is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will be active, engaging, and creative in coming up with fun activities. They should be warm, playful, and have a strong understanding of infant development and key milestones. Confidence in caring for two children at a time is important, along with previous hands-on experience working with infants. Seeking someone who truly enjoys being active, nurturing, and supporting young children as they grow and learn.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $66,560 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
