Located at: 6th and Colorado Blvd.

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: SCHOOL Year Hours are 12pm-6pm plus one evening per week. Family will guarantee at least 35+ hours/week during the school year. ~ SUMMER Hours are 9am-5:30/6pm, plus one to two later evenings may requested weekly. Family guarantee 40-45 hours/week during the summer.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Children's Ages: Care will be for two school age girls, ages 8 and 11 years old.

About the Children:

The girls love sports, baking, arts and crafts, and excel in school.
A Family Assistant who can truly engage the girls in their studies, and help them grow academically is a big bonus for these parents.

About the Pets:

There is one hypoallergenic dog in the home.

This family is so excited to add a capable, driven and intelligent Family Assistant to their home ASAP.
These busy parents need the day-to-day support and the girls are truly looking forward to having someone they can call a mentor, friend, and an extension of their family.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard Family Assistant duties including grocery runs, meal prep, walking the dog, light housekeeping, organizational projects, managing vendors, errands, homework assistance, family laundry, and occasional administrative duties for the family company.
A house cleaner comes to the home every other week to deep clean the home, so there's no heavy housekeeping needed.

Travel Requirements:

No regular travel is required at this time.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of experience working with private families as a nanny, nanny manager or family assistant is required.
Previous experience with household management duties is preferred.
College degree preferred
The ideal candidate will be engaging, proactive, a safe driver and enjoy helping kids with homework.
The Covid vaccine is NOT required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering an hourly rate of $29-$34/hour BOE, this equates to an annualized compensation of $52,000 - $70,000+ per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

All standard benefits, including 2 weeks of PTO and 9+ paid holidays.
Family is also offering FULL benefits including a 401k match and health insurance!
Family will also provide standard overtime pay (1.5x) for summer hours.
All miles driven on the job will be reimbursed.

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
