Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • All standard personal assistant/household manager duties including maintaining kitchen and designated areas' cleanliness and organization, handle laundry duties, manage grocery shopping, and assist with light meal preparation. Handle incoming mail, oversee bill payments, and manage financial obligations, including insurance verification. Organize tax information and assist with filing, coordinate household service appointments and maintenance tasks. Supervise household staff for efficient task execution, and manage general errands and miscellaneous activities as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • The Ideal Candidate for this role should have previous experience as a personal assistant (at least 3+ years) and must be a trustworthy and professional individual dedicated to maintaining confidentiality.
  • The candidate is expected to show initiative & focusing on organizational tasks to stay engaged. Effective time management is crucial, with a priority on handling urgent matters and promptly managing errands. The ideal candidate should possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks. Candidates must have previous experience in handling bill payments and working with spreadsheets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • $35-$45/hr
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered

Required Qualifications

  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19 for this position
