Located at: Wildcat Reserve Pkwy and Backcountry Dr

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm with 32 hours guaranteed each week. Availability for a date night or occasional Friday would be nice to have, but is not required.

Commitment/Contract Length: Long-Term commitment desired!

Start Date: June or July 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for 2 children, an infant and a 3.5 year old!

About the Children:

The oldest is turning four this Fall - he loves reading and being outside. The infant is happy and healthy. The oldest will be going to preschool part-time in the Fall, and the majority of your time will be spent with the infant.

About the Pets:

One small dog lives in the house.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Nanny duties will include planning engaging and stimulating activities for the children, meal prep and cleanup, washing and folding the children’s clothes and bedding, and safe transportation to activities.

Travel Requirements:

The family would love it if their nanny were open to accompanying them on a trip to the mountains on occasion.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Non-smoking
Previous experience caring for multiple children in the infant and preschool age-range
Mom and Dad adhere to a zero screen-time policy with the children, and encourage you to get out to the zoo, park, and more! Both parents practice gentle parenting and hope to find a longterm nanny that respects the same.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

$26-$34/hr

Benefits and Perks Offered:

Benefits include 8 days of PTO, sick pay, paid major holidays, mileage reimbursement, and guaranteed hours.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
The T-Dap Vaccination is required for the role
