About the Children:

This sweet baby girl is getting on a routine and schedule using the book Mom's On Call. She is a happy and healthy little snuggle muffin.

About the Family:

This is a single-parent home. Mom is spiritual, calm, thoughtful, and kind. She is looking forward to unity and a strong partnership with her nanny.
This single mom by choice is surrounded by a beautiful tribe of open-minded, kind-hearted friends.
Mom works from home part-time.

About the Pets:

This family has a Yorkiepoo dog, 9 yrs old and Maine Coon kitten, 1 yr.

Mom is a spiritual teacher, healer and ceremonialist, single-mother-by-choice, surrounded by a beautiful tribe helping her welcome her new baby into the world. Looking for a new nanny who will harmoniously blend into their peaceful, loving home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include the child's laundry, light dishes, walking the dog, sanitizing and organizing toys, bottles, and the breast pump.
In the future mom would love some help with light house management once she's pregnant with a second baby hopefully in January - with an estimated due date in Oct 2025.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position. The family takes 2 to 5 trips a year.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4+ years of experience with infants and toddlers.
Experience with multiplies as mom would love to have another baby with birth eta in October 2025.
Knowledge of the book Mom's on Call, cloth diapering, elimination communication, and or willingness to learn
Positive, innovative, and intuitive mindset
Some education on child development
The ideal candidate for this role will work well in a collaborative environment, be open-minded, knowledgeable, and confident working with infants, be sensitive, and have a warm and loving energy.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

Mom is offering $27-$34/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $42,120- $53,040 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references.
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
